Titolo del progetto<\/strong>: Ri(IN)novazione della strategia di marketing nelle squadre semiprofessionistiche femminili<\/p>\n\n\n\n Date del progetto<\/strong>: 01\/01\/2020 - 30\/06\/2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n \"Re(IN)novating Marketing Strategy Across Semi-professional Female Teams\" (RINMSASFT) si propone di rafforzare i dirigenti di squadre sportive femminili semi-professionali attraverso un processo di aggiornamento relativo alle strategie di marketing, comunicazione e visibilit\u00e0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Il progetto persegue la priorit\u00e0 specifica del partenariato collaborativo Erasmus Plus relativa a promuovere e sostenere la buona governance nello sport<\/strong> con un'attenzione specifica alla priorit\u00e0 principale di promuovere e migliorare l'uguaglianza di genere nello sport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Nel rapporto della Commissione per le pari opportunit\u00e0 tra donne e uomini sulla \"Discriminazione contro le donne e le ragazze nello sport\" (2005) la sezione \"Sponsor e finanziamenti\" fornisce dati chiari ed esempi notevoli di questa disparit\u00e0.<\/strong> in merito alla minore importanza espressa dai manager nei confronti dei team femminili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Il tema principale del progetto \u00e8 il miglioramento della buona governance nello sport.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n \"Nei cinque anni dal 1992 al 1997, il denaro versato dagli sponsor allo sport femminile \u00e8 pi\u00f9 che raddoppiato, passando da 285 a 600 milioni di dollari. Questo rappresenta un progresso, ma le cifre sono comunque rivelatrici di ci\u00f2 che resta da fare. La cifra totale ha superato il miliardo di dollari, ma gli sponsor versano 25 miliardi di dollari all'anno per lo sport maschile.
